After passing the HSK Level 4 test, candidates can speak Chinese on topics in a relatively wide range of fields, and communicate fairly fluently with native Chinese speakers.

After passing the HSK Level 5 test, candidates can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, enjoy Chinese TV shows and movies, and give relatively complete speeches in Chinese.
